Pre-Treatment Inspection & Cleaning
Before ozone treatment, the cabin is cleaned and vacuumed. Ozone works best on clean surfaces — removing the source material first (pet hair, food debris, surface contaminants) allows the ozone to attack the embedded odor compounds rather than surface-level matter.
Cabin Sealing & Generator Placement
All doors, vents, and openings are sealed to contain the ozone concentration within the cabin. The commercial-grade ozone generator is placed inside the aircraft and calibrated for the cabin volume — from a CJ2 to a Global 7500.
