When an aircraft goes on the market, its appearance is part of how it is presented—in listing photos, at buyer showings, and during walk-throughs with a broker or sales team. Pre-sale aircraft detailing prepares the cabin and exterior for those moments, so the aircraft's actual cosmetic condition is shown clearly rather than hidden behind removable dirt, stains, and residue.

What Pre-Sale Aircraft Detailing Is For

Pre-sale detailing is presentation work. It is typically planned around:

• •Listing photography: often a buyer's first look at the aircraft
• •Buyer showings: in-person walk-throughs of the cabin and exterior
• •Cabin and exterior presentation: removing soiling and residue that distract from the aircraft itself

What Pre-Sale Detailing Does Not Do

Detailing is cosmetic care. It does not change an aircraft's maintenance history, records, equipment, paint age, or mechanical condition, and it is not maintenance or an inspection. We do not appraise or value aircraft, and we do not promise any appraisal result, sale price, buyer outcome, or length of sales cycle—those depend on the aircraft, the market, and the parties involved. Permanent wear or damage is documented in our condition photos, never concealed.

Interior Presentation

Buyers see the carpets, seats, and galley first. Our interior detailing for pre-sale preparation can include:

• •Carpet extraction
• •Seat and surface cleaning, with leather cleaning and conditioning as appropriate for the material
• •Galley and lavatory cleaning
• •Targeted odor and stain treatment within detailing scope—results depend on the material and the stain

Exterior Presentation

Our exterior detailing prepares the surfaces that show in photos and on the ramp:

• •Exterior cleaning of painted surfaces
• •Belly and exhaust soot cleanup
• •Windows and other presentation surfaces, using products suited to aircraft materials
• •Brightwork polishing of exposed metal such as leading edges and trim, where present

Preparing for Listing Photos and Buyer Showings

Scope is agreed before work begins, based on the aircraft's condition and the photography or showing date. In most cases the detail is scheduled shortly before the photo session or first showing, so the aircraft is presented close to how it was prepared.

Scheduling depends on the treatments selected. If an optional protectant or ceramic coating is part of the scope, we plan around that product's cure requirements before photography. Tell us your dates when you request service and we will build the schedule around them.
